Jeremy founded Topline in 2004 as a Southern Ohio Developers subsidiary, and he still personally walks every estimate. He carries the company's military-trained discipline into every project — schedules met, paperwork in order, and crews on the same standard from the first roof to the last.

Kyle runs the day-to-day on every Topline job. He's the contact homeowners and property managers reach when something needs answered fast — when your shingles arrive, when the dumpster gets pulled, when an inspector is scheduled. If it's on a Topline calendar, Kyle put it there.
His job is simple: make sure what we promised is what shows up on your property, on the day we said it would.
Most roofers in Ohio are middlemen. They sell you the job, then hand it off to whatever crew is available — sometimes a different one each day. That's how nails end up in driveways, why warranties get ignored, and why the person who sold you the project disappears the day work starts.
Topline is different. The same crew that shows up for tear-off is on the roof through cleanup. They're our employees, on our payroll, with our equipment. If something goes wrong, you call us — not a contractor we hired who's already on his next job.
