How long has Topline been in business?
Topline Roofing and Construction was founded in 2004 as a Southern Ohio Developers subsidiary. We've been serving Ohio communities for over 20 years, with the same family at the helm and the same crews in the field.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Topline carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we maintain all licenses required to operate as a general contractor and roofing contractor in Ohio. Certificates of insurance can be provided to homeowners and property managers on request.
What warranties do you offer?
Material warranties come from the manufacturer (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and others) and range from 25 years on standard architectural shingles to 50+ years on metal systems. Topline backs every install with our own workmanship guarantee — if it's a workmanship issue, we'll come back and fix it.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Absolutely. Storm damage and hail claims are common in Ohio, and we walk homeowners through the entire process — from documenting damage with drone photos, to meeting your insurance adjuster on-site, to pulling the permits once the claim is approved.
How long does a typical roof replacement take?
For most asphalt-shingle re-roofs on a single-family home, we're in and out in two to five days, weather permitting. Metal roofs typically take a bit longer because of the prep and panel cutting. Commercial flat-roof projects depend heavily on building size and material — we'll give you a written timeline as part of every estimate.
What roofing materials do you install?
All major residential and commercial systems: asphalt shingle (architectural, dimensional, and 3-tab), standing-seam metal, performance metal panel, quad rib metal, EPDM rubber, TPO white reflective, modified bitumen, and built-up flat systems. We're certified by GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — through our partnership with Hearth. You can pre-qualify in 60 seconds without affecting your credit score, and approved homeowners often qualify for 0% APR on the first promotional period. Visit our financing page for details.
Do you do more than roofing?
A lot more. Topline is a licensed general contractor — we handle home additions, kitchen and bath remodels, basement finishing, garage conversions, window replacement, siding, gutters, and outdoor living spaces. Many homeowners bundle a roof job with a related project to save on mobilization.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every crew that shows up to your property is on Topline's payroll, using Topline's equipment. That's how we maintain quality across every job and how you get the same person managing your project from estimate to walkthrough.
Where do you work?
Our home base is Washington Court House, Ohio, and we serve Southern Ohio and surrounding areas — including Hillsboro, Chillicothe, Wilmington, Greenfield, Sabina, and beyond. If you're not sure whether your property is in our service area, give us a call.
How do I get an estimate?
Three options. Call us at (740) 603-3750. Email Jeremy at jgriffith@topline-roof.com. Or use the form on our contact page. Every estimate is free, written, and includes drone inspection photography of the existing roof.
What if I have an emergency leak?
Call (877) 710-ROOF (the 24/7 emergency line) any time, day or night. We'll coordinate emergency tarping to stop water intrusion until a permanent repair can be scheduled.

You'll either reach Jeremy or Kyle. We'd rather answer five questions on the phone than have you sign a contract you don't fully understand.
